How to Use the Image Clipboard for Multiple Client Gallery Events

Overview

If you need to create multiple Client Gallery events using the same images but want each event to have its own password, the Image Clipboard makes this process much faster. Instead of uploading your images multiple times, you can upload them once and reuse them across multiple events.

In this guide, you will learn how to upload images to the Image Clipboard and insert them into new Client Gallery events. By the end, you will be able to quickly create multiple galleries using the same set of images.

PRO TIP!

Images are uploaded to the clipboard in the same order they appear in your file folder.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FILES from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the UPLOAD button on image clipboard and upload the files you want to use with Client Galleries.

If you have existing content in your Clipboard, you can also use the Manage Folders option to add a new folder to upload specific content to keep things organized.

STEP THREE

Click CLIENT GALLERIES from the left-side menu and create a new event.

Set up your event as needed, including the event name, password, and any other settings specific to that gallery.

STEP FOUR

Inside your event, click the CLIPBOARD button to insert the images you uploaded.

Select the images you want to include, and they will be added directly to your Client Gallery event.

FINAL STEP

Repeat this process for each new event you want to create.

You can continue using the same images from the Image Clipboard without uploading them again. Each event will have its own settings and password, while sharing the same image set.

Images are added to the clipboard in the same order they appear in your file folder during upload
