How to Search for Products in PhotoBiz ECommerce

Overview

The PhotoBiz Website Package includes built-in ECommerce tools that allow you to create and manage products for sale. As your store grows, quickly finding specific products becomes important for making updates or reviewing details. This guide walks you through how to search for products in your ECommerce control panel. By the end, you will be able to locate and open any product in just a few seconds.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu. This will open your ECommerce control panel.

STEP TWO

At the top center of your ECommerce control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE and click PRODUCTS from the dropdown menu. This will take you to your Products section where all created products are stored.

STEP THREE

In the upper-right corner of the Products section, locate the search bar with the magnifying glass icon. Click inside the search bar and begin typing the name of the product you want to find.

STEP FOUR

As you type, matching products will automatically appear based on your search term. You can also click the magnifying glass icon to display all products related to your search.

FINAL STEP

Click on the product name to open it and make any edits or updates. You will now have full access to that product’s settings and details.

Additional Helpful Notes

The search feature works best when you enter the full or partial product name.
If you do not see your product, double-check spelling or try a broader search term.
Products are stored in categories, but the search bar will find items across all categories.
