How to Search for Price Lists in PhotoBiz

Overview

With your PhotoBiz Website Package, you can create and manage price lists for prints, products, packages, and services. As your business grows, you may have multiple price lists, making it important to quickly find the one you need. This guide will show you how to search for price lists in your PhotoBiz ECommerce control panel. By the end, you’ll be able to locate and open any price list for editing in just a few clicks.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account, mouse over the left-side menu, and click ECOMMERCE.

STEP TWO

At the top center of your ECommerce control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE and select PRICE LISTS from the drop-down menu.

STEP THREE

In the upper-right section of the Price Lists control panel, click inside the search bar with the magnifying glass icon and type the name of the price list you want to find.

STEP FOUR

As you type, matching price lists will automatically appear. You can also click the magnifying glass icon to display all results related to your search term.

FINAL STEP

Click on the name of the price list to open it and edit its details.

Additional Helpful Notes

  • The search feature works best when you enter the full or partial name of your price list
  • If no results appear, double-check your spelling or try a broader search term
  • Keeping your price list names clear and organized makes them easier to find later
