How to View Client Activity in PhotoBiz Client Galleries
The PhotoBiz Website Package includes Client Galleries, where you can create private, password-protected events to share with your clients. Clients can:
- Mark favorites
- Download images
- Leave comments
- Purchase prints and products
- Save items to their cart
As clients interact with their galleries, you can track their activity — including what they’ve viewed, saved, or downloaded.
This guide will walk you through how to search for and view a specific client’s activity within their gallery event.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Open the Activity Panel
At the top of your Client Galleries dashboard, click on Activity.
This panel gives you a summary of client interactions across all events.
STEP THREE
Search for a Specific Client

In the Activity panel, use the search bar at the top.

Type in your client’s name and press Enter on your keyboard.

You’ll now see all recorded activity for that client.
What You Can View:
- Favorites – Which images the client marked as favorites
- Comments – Notes the client left on specific images
- Downloads – Any individual or full-gallery downloads
- Created – The date the event or activity was first created
- Last Saved – The most recent action by the client
Click any of these activity types to view more detailed information.
Helpful Tip: What Zero Activity Means
If you see an entry where all values are zero (Favorites, Comments, Downloads), this means the client accessed the gallery, but did not take any specific actions. However, their visit was still tracked and their email address was captured.
Your Client Activity Report Can Include:
- Favorited images
- Commented images
- Individual image downloads
- Full-gallery (bulk) downloads
- Items saved to their shopping cart
Tracking client activity helps you better understand how they’re engaging with their images and where they are in the selection or purchase process.
