Overview
This guide walks you through how to set up your PhotoBiz Mailbox on your iPhone or iPad using the built-in Apple Mail app. Once setup is complete, you’ll be able to send and receive email directly from your iOS device using your PhotoBiz email address.
The setup process only takes a few minutes and uses the IMAP connection type, which keeps your email synced across all devices.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
Your Mailbox login credentials are different from your PhotoBiz account login credentials.
PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Apple. While we’re happy to help you connect your Mailbox to your device, questions related to your Apple device or iOS settings should be directed to Apple Support.
Enter Your Account Information
Tap Add Mail Account if prompted.
Enter the following information:
Name
Enter your first and last name. This is the name recipients will see when you send email.
Email
Enter your full email address, such as sales@yourdomain.com.
Password
Enter your Mailbox password.
Description
Enter a name for the account, such as “Work Email” or “PhotoBiz Mail.” This label is only visible to you on your device.
Tap Next.
Make sure IMAP is selected at the top of the screen.
Under both the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server sections, enter the following information:
Host Name
secure.emailsrvr.com
Username
Your full email address
Password
Your Mailbox password
After entering all information, tap Next.
Start Using Your Mailbox
Your PhotoBiz Mailbox is now connected to your iPhone or iPad.
Open the Mail app to begin sending and receiving email using your PhotoBiz email address.
If your inbox does not appear immediately, give the Mail app a few moments to sync.
Your PhotoBiz Mailbox is now set up on your device. You can open the Mail app and start sending and receiving messages right away!
If your Mailbox does not connect successfully, double-check the following:
secure.emailsrvr.comIf you recently changed your Mailbox password, make sure you are using the updated password during setup.
