This guide will walk you through the steps to configure your PhotoBiz Mailbox on your iPhone or iPad using the Mail app.
Important Note: You will need to know your Mailbox Email Address and Mailbox Password to complete the setup and to check your Mail on your iPhone, this is a different login from the one you use to log into your PhotoBiz account.

PRO TIP!
Before configuring your PhotoBiz Mailbox on your iOS device, be sure to check for any available system updates via the App Store. iOS may require them for your Mail app to function properly.
IMAP instructions for IOS devices
To configure your email on your iPhone or iPad follow these steps:
Step 1: Open Settings
Open the Settings app on your device and search for Mail Accounts.
Step 2: Add a New Account
Choose Other from the list of available email service providers.
Step 3: Enter Your Account Information
- Name: Enter your first and last name (this will appear in the "From" field of sent emails).
- Email: Enter your full email address (e.g., sales@mydomain.com).
- Password: Enter your email account password.
- Description: Enter a name for the account (e.g., "Work Account"). This will be visible only to you.
Step 4: Select IMAP
Tap Next.
Important: If IMAP is not already selected, tap the IMAP button.
Step 5: Enter Server Information
For both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server, enter the following:
- Host Name: secure.emailsrvr.com
- User Name: Enter your full email address (e.g., myname@mydomain.com).
- Password: Enter your email account password.
Step 6: Complete Setup
Tap Next at the top right, then ensure Mail is selected.
Step 7: Finish
Tap Finish at the top right to complete the setup.
