How to Set Up Your PhotoBiz Mailbox in Microsoft Outlook (Mac)
This guide explains how to connect your PhotoBiz Mailbox to Microsoft Outlook on a Mac computer. Once connected, you can send and receive email directly from Outlook using your PhotoBiz email address. The setup uses IMAP, which keeps your email synced across devices. The process only takes a few minutes.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

A Mac computer with Microsoft Outlook installed and up to date

Your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address

Your PhotoBiz Mailbox password
If you are not sure what your Mailbox password is, you can reset it from your PhotoBiz control panel.

STEP ONE
Open Microsoft Outlook on your Mac.
If this is your first time opening Outlook, you will be prompted to add an email account automatically.
If Outlook is already set up, click Outlook in the top menu bar, select Settings, then click Accounts and choose Add Account.
Enter your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address and click Continue.
STEP TWO
Outlook may prompt you to set up the account as a Microsoft Exchange account.
Click the NOT EXCHANGE option in the top-right corner of the screen.
STEP THREE
On the Choose Your Provider screen, select IMAP.
STEP FOUR
Click SYNC DIRECTLY with IMAP.
STEP FIVE
Your PhotoBiz Mailbox email address will be listed.
Enter your PhotoBiz Mailbox password in the IMAP PASSWORD field.
STEP SIX
Click SHOW ADVANCED SETTINGS to access the server configuration options.
STEP SEVEN
Enter the following server settings exactly as shown:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)

Server: secure.emailsrvr.com

Port: 993

Use SSL to connect
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

Server: secure.emailsrvr.com

Port: 465

Use SSL to connect
Make sure authentication is enabled for the outgoing server and uses the same email address and password.
Click Add Account to continue.
FINAL STEP
You will see a confirmation message that your IMAP account has been added.
Click Done to proceed to your inbox. Outlook will begin syncing your PhotoBiz Mailbox automatically.
You can manually sync your inbox at any time to ensure all email messages are fully downloaded.
