How Can I View A Specific Contact's Past Orders?

With the PhotoBiz Contact tool, effortlessly view the past orders of a specific customer, all conveniently consolidated in one place for streamlined accessibility and enhanced customer insights.

STEP ONE

Login to your PhotoBiz account and select CONTACTS in the left side menu.

STEP TWO

Select the contact you wish to view favorites for by selecting their name.

STEP THREE

Select the Ecommerce option in the Contact Profile. Once this is selected, click on the order number to view their saved cart.

FINAL STEP

You will now see the entire past order. You have the option to send your client a receipt of the order, print, adjust payment status, and adjust order status.

You also have the option to extend digital download attempts and expiration date, along with viewing the order status history.
