Offering Gift Cards on your PhotoBiz website gives clients a flexible way to purchase credit for future sessions, products, or orders. Gift Cards can be purchased directly from your website and redeemed in Client Galleries or your ECommerce store. This article provides a quick-start overview of how to offer Gift Cards by adding the Gift Cards block, enabling the feature, and managing purchased Gift Cards. By the end of this guide, you will understand the full setup flow and know which related articles to use for each step.
Important Note: Gift Cards can be used for orders in Client Galleries or ECommerce, gift cards cannot be used for Invoices or Form Payments.
Add a Gift Card Block To Your Website
To allow clients to purchase Gift Cards online, you must first add a Gift Cards Block to your website. This block displays available Gift Card options and provides a checkout path for customers.
Log into your PhotoBiz account, open the Website Builder, and navigate to the page where you want Gift Cards to appear. Add a Gift Cards Block in the desired location and publish your changes once complete.

Enable and Configure Gift Cards
After adding the Gift Cards Block, you must enable the Gift Card feature in your ECommerce settings. This allows Gift Cards to be sold, tracked, and redeemed.
From the ECommerce dashboard, turn on Gift Cards and configure the available purchase amounts. You can control the preset values customers see when buying a Gift Card and adjust them at any time.
You will also create Gift Cards within your account for internal use, promotions, or manual distribution when needed.

Manage Purchase Gift Cards & Customer Use
After Gift Cards are live, you can manage all purchased cards from your ECommerce control panel. This includes viewing Gift Card balances, checking usage history, and opening individual Gift Cards for review or editing.
You can also customize the automated emails sent to customers when Gift Cards are purchased or delivered. These emails include the Gift Card number and redemption instructions.
Clients can apply Gift Cards during checkout in both Client Galleries and your ECommerce store.
