Before You Begin: Email Safety Tips
To help protect your account, keep these important email safety practices in mind:
- Do not click on suspicious links or download unexpected attachments.
If something seems unusual or you were not expecting the message, do not interact with it.
- Mark suspicious messages as spam/junk.
This helps your email service filter similar messages in the future.
- Block the sender.
If you're receiving repeated unwanted or unsafe messages, block the address.
- Rackspace (our email service provider) will never contact you directly about your mailbox.
Any legitimate communication about your PhotoBiz Mailbox will always come from PhotoBiz, not Rackspace. If you ever receive an email claiming to be from Rackspace, treat it as suspicious.
