If you're using a domain-based email (like you@yourdomain.com) and want to start using PhotoBiz Mailbox, we’re excited to help you make the switch! There are just a few important steps to take to make the transition smooth—especially if you’re currently using a different email provider.
This guide walks you through everything you need to know, from archiving your current inbox to setting up your new Mailbox.
The most important first step is archiving your existing emails. When you switch to PhotoBiz Mailbox, your new inbox will not contain any of your old emails. Think of it as a fresh start—so saving your past messages is crucial.

As soon as we process your Mailbox order, our team will update your domain’s settings to route your email through PhotoBiz instead of your previous provider.
⚠️ Important: Once this change is made, your previous email provider will stop working completely. That’s why it’s critical to archive your old emails first—there’s no going back after the switch.
