When you call into PhotoBiz Support for assistance with your account, we do have a 3 step verification process that is required before we can provide information specific to your account.
Each time you call in you will need to provide the following information:
- The Account ID number. This can be found in the top, right corner of your control panel after you log in.
- The first and last name associated with the account.
- The last four digits of the credit card or pin number on file. This can be found in the top, right of your control panel next to your Account ID.
Important Note: If this is the first time we've verified your account to launch your website, register a new domain, or set up a new mailbox, you'll want to call from the number on file for your account.
