The PhotoBiz Contacts tool allows you to view all past invoices for a specific client in one centralized location. This makes it easy to review purchase history, payment activity, and previously sent invoice emails. By accessing invoices directly from the contact profile, you can quickly answer billing questions and provide better customer support.
This guide walks you through how to locate and view a client’s past invoices from your PhotoBiz dashboard.
Login to your PhotoBiz account and select CONTACTS in the left side menu.
Locate and select the contact whose invoices you want to view by clicking on their name. You can use the search bar to search for them if you have a large list of contacts.
Inside the contact profile, click the Ecommerce option.
Once selected, open the Report dropdown menu, choose Invoices, and then click the Search button.
Under the INVOICES section, click the date associated with the invoice you want to view.
You will now see the full invoice details for that client. From this screen, you can review:
Invoice items and totals
Payment history
Automated emails that were sent for the invoice
You can also resend the invoice to the client or print a copy for your records.
Only invoices associated with that specific contact will appear in this view.
This is helpful when assisting clients with payment questions or confirming past purchases.
If an invoice does not appear, confirm that it was created under the correct contact record.
