My Google Workspace Email Isn't Working

Having Trouble with Your Google Workspace Email? Here's What You Need to Know

If you’ve been a long-time PhotoBiz customer using a Google-branded email (like info@yourdomain.com), you may have noticed your email has stopped working. This could be due to changes Google made to their free email service.

What Happened:

  • Before December 2012, Google offered a free version of branded email through what was then called Google Apps (now Google Workspace).

  • In 2021, Google began notifying users that the free version would be discontinued.

  • On June 27, 2022, the free version was officially phased out.

  • If you were still using the free version and didn’t upgrade, your email may have stopped working after that date.

What You Need to Do:

To restore access to your email, you’ll need to update your account and payment details with Google.

For help with your Google Workspace account (billing, access, settings, etc.), you can reach out directly to Google Workspace Support.
