PhotoBiz Client Galleries allow you to offer both free and paid digital image downloads to your clients. If you have a client report having issues with their digital images, this guide provides some of the more common issues our support team has come across to help you resolve the issue for both Web Size - Low Resolution and Web Size - High Resolution digital image downloads.

Make Sure Your Client Has Unzipped Their Digital File Download
When your client receives their original file download, it will be in a .ZIP file format. They'll need to unzip (extract) that file to decompress the downloaded zip file and have access to the original file that you uploaded to your account. You can find instructions on how to Unzip files for both Windows and Mac (Apple) users below:
Check The File Upload Size
You can upload images of any size. Our uploader system will automatically optimize your images for display and faster loading purposes by resizing them to either a maximum width of 3000px or a maximum height of 1730px, depending on their original aspect ratios.
Depending on how you plan to sell your images online, consider the following:
If you plan to offer web and/or high-resolution downloads, our uploader system will automatically create the correct image sizes for you, and they will be ready for your clients to download but you'll want to make sure they're at least as large as those maximum file sizes prior to upload.
