PhotoBiz includes powerful marketing tools to help you grow your email list and generate leads. This guide will walk you through how to set up a form that captures email addresses and delivers a free digital download to your visitors.
You’ll complete this in three main steps:
Upload your free download file
Create your email capture form
Add the form to a pop-up on your website
Upload Your Free Download
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FILES from the left-hand menu.
This is where you’ll upload the file (PDF, image, etc.) you want to offer as a free download.

Copy the Download Link
Once your file is uploaded, copy the direct link to it.
You’ll use this link later to deliver the download after the form is submitted.
Create an Email Capture Form
Hover over FORMS and create a new form. You can:
This form will collect email addresses from visitors in exchange for the free download.
Access Form Settings
Inside the form editor, click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, then select SETTINGS from the dropdown.
Add the Free Download to Your Thank You Message
You have two options for how your visitors receive the download:
Option 1: Show the download link immediately after form submission
Option 2: Send the download link by email
Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom when you're done.
Create a Pop-Up for Your Website
Click on MARKETING in the left-hand menu, then select Pop-Up Builder at the top.
Choose a Subscribe Pop-Up Design
Select one of the pre-made subscribe pop-up templates. These are perfect for offering lead magnets like free downloads.
Customize Your Pop-Up
Update the text, colors, and layout to match your brand.
Then, connect your lead capture form to the pop-up.
Publish Your Pop-Up
Click PUBLISH to make your pop-up live on your website.
Now visitors can sign up and receive your free download automatically!
