PhotoBiz Forms & Contracts allow you to redirect clients to a custom confirmation page after a form is submitted or a contract is signed. This page can be a thank-you page, a preparation guide, a booking page, or a downloadable resource. Using a custom confirmation page helps you provide clear next steps and a polished client experience. This guide walks you through how to add a Custom Confirmation Page URL and explains important behavior to be aware of if that page is later removed.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-side menu. This opens the Forms & Contracts control panel where all of your forms and contracts are listed.
Click the FORM NAME you want to edit. This opens the form editor so you can access its settings and submission options.
Good To Know: If you have multiple categories or pages of forms, you can use the search bar to easily locate your form.
Click the GEAR icon in the top-right corner of the editor, then select SETTINGS from the menu. The settings panel will open on the screen.
Locate the CUSTOM CONFIRMATION PAGE URL field in the settings panel. Copy and paste or type the URL or PDF link you want clients redirected to after submitting the form or signing the contract.
Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the panel to apply your update. Once saved, clients will automatically be redirected to this page after a successful submission.
Custom confirmation pages can link to:
A thank-you page on your PhotoBiz website
A style guide or preparation page
A FAQ or next-steps page
A booking or scheduler page
A hosted PDF or downloadable resource
If no Custom Confirmation Page URL is added, clients will see the default PhotoBiz confirmation message after submission.
These settings apply to both forms and contracts created in the Forms & Contracts Builder.
Confirmation pages often do not need to appear in your main website navigation. If you want to keep the page private or client-only, you can create a hidden page in the Website Builder and use that page’s URL as your confirmation page.
This is commonly used for thank-you pages, lead magnets, preparation guides, or downloadable files.

If the page or file used as your Custom Confirmation Page URL is deleted, your form or contract will still submit successfully, and all client information will be recorded correctly in your PhotoBiz account.
However, after submission:
Clients will be redirected to a 404 Page Not Found
No error message appears on the form or contract itself
The submission will still appear in your Forms & Contracts submissions and notifications.
To prevent this, always update or remove the Custom Confirmation Page URL if you delete or replace the linked page or file.
