How To See How Many Coupons Were Redeemed

How to Check Coupon Redemptions in PhotoBiz

The PhotoBiz Website Package includes ECommerce tools that allow you to create coupon codes for client discounts. Once a coupon is active, you may want to track how often it has been used. This guide explains where to find your coupons and how to check the number of times each coupon has been redeemed.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure:

You have access to your PhotoBiz account.
At least one coupon code has already been created in ECommerce.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Mouse over the PAYMENTS option at the top of the ECommerce control panel, then click COUPONS from the drop-down menu.

FINAL STEP

View the list of all coupons you have created. Each coupon displays the number of times it has been redeemed, allowing you to track usage directly from this section of the control panel.

You and your client will also see the discount applied on the order receipt as part of the total section.

Additional Helpful Notes

When a coupon is used, both you and your client will see the discount applied in the Total section of the order receipt.
Coupon redemption counts update automatically as clients complete purchases.
