If you're using CUSTOM DATES to allow clients to schedule mini-sessions via your Scheduler, you may need to add time off for your recurring services to avoid double-booking yourself. This guide will walk you through the steps of adding time off to your recurring services and allowing custom date services (mini-sessions) to still be scheduled.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the SCHEDULER tab on the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on SERVICES at the top of your Scheduler control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the SERVICE NAME you need to add time off for.
STEP FOUR
Click on the TIME OFF button in your service settings.
STEP FIVE
Click on the ADD button to add the time off for your service.
STEP SIX
Configure your time off settings. For the example, we've added the 3 days that we're offering the mini sessions we have available using the CUSTOM DATES.
Please Note: This setting is flexible for you, you can use ALL DAY YES or ALL DAY NO depending on if you need to block off the entire day or specific hours.
Click on the green and white ADD TIME OFF button to apply the time off settings to this specific service.
You can see an overview of your scheduled time off by clicking on the TIME OFF option at the top of your Scheduler control panel. The time off section will display your time off as well as what the occasion and services that the time off applies to.
