How to Print Scheduler Appointments

You can easily print your appointment schedule from your PhotoBiz Scheduler control panel. This is helpful if you prefer a physical copy of your appointments for the day, week, or month.

STEP ONE

Log into PhotoBiz and click SCHEDULER in left-side menu.

STEP TWO

If your appointments aren't displayed, hover over TRACKING at the top, center of the scheduler control panel and click APPOINTMENTS in the drop down menu.

STEP THREE

In Calendar View, click the PRINT button to print the appointments for the selected day.

If you’d like to print a wider range of appointments, click on the View drop-down menu and select List View. From there, you can click the SEARCH drop down to choose one of the following print options:

Today
This Week
This Month
Next Week
Next Month
Last Week
Last Month
Custom

Once you’ve selected your preferred date range, click the SEARCH button and your appointments that meet your search parameters will display. Click PRINT to print off your appointment list.
