PhotoBiz offers Mailbox as an option for clients who wish to have a branded email @theirdomain and want to add it to their PhotoBiz account rather than using a 3rd party service. If you have an existing email service such as Google Workspace, Go Daddy, or something similar, you can use that with your PhotoBiz account for no extra cost with us. You'll need to pay your email provider separate from your PhotoBiz membership.

In order to use a 3rd party email service, you'll need to share the necessary DNS and MX records that your provider requires for their service to work with our Web Consultants.

Please Note: If you're using a 3rd party email service, PhotoBiz Support can get the DNS and MX records configured for you, however troubleshooting and support questions for the 3rd party email services will need to handled by your email service provider support.
