PhotoBiz Website Package captures and stores all your account notifications in your account. Each time you receive a submission through your PhotoBiz website, you have a notification that is captured and stored on your account as well as a notification email that is sent out. This includes submissions from your Form & Contract Builder, Client Galleries, Scheduler, ECommerce, Quotes & Invoices, Conversations, and Blog Comments. The built-in indicator in your control panel will alert you of any new submissions or orders to ensure that you have a record of all client communications that you've received. This guide will walk you through how to delete an account notification from your PhotoBiz control panel.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the Notifications bell at the top, right side of your control panel.
STEP TWO
The right side menu will open and display all of your account notifications.
STEP THREE
Check the box for the notifications you'd like to delete from your control panel.
FINAL STEP
Confirm you'd like to delete the notifications you've selected from your account.
Important Note: Once you've deleted your notification, it is permanently removed from your account and cannot be recovered.
