How to Add Microsoft Clarity to Your PhotoBiz Website

Microsoft Clarity is a free tool that helps you understand how visitors interact with your website. While PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Microsoft, our Passionate Support Team can assist you with installing the tracking code. For help using Clarity’s features or interpreting your reports, please visit the official Microsoft Clarity Resources.

BEFORE YOU START

Once you’ve signed up for Microsoft Clarity, you’ll receive a tracking code. Keep this code handy—you’ll need to copy and paste it into your PhotoBiz site.

STEP ONE

Log In to Your PhotoBiz Account & Open the Website Builder

From your control panel, click WEBSITE in the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Click on “Tracking” at the Top of the Builder

In the website builder, click the TRACKING tab located in the top menu.

STEP THREE

Paste Your Microsoft Clarity Code in the HEAD Section
In the Tracking settings:

Paste your Microsoft Clarity code into the HEAD section.
If you have existing tracking code(s), you can place the new code above or below them—just make sure it stays within the HEAD section.
Click the green SAVE CHANGES button to apply it.

THAT’S IT!

Your Microsoft Clarity tracking is now active on your website.

Pro Tip: If installed correctly, the code will not be visible on your live site. After saving, visit your homepage to make sure no code is showing at the top. If it is, double-check that the code was added to the HEAD section, not into a content block.
