The PhotoBiz invoicing tool allows you to create and send professional invoices directly to your clients. Before sending your first invoice, you need to set up your payment information and branding so invoices process correctly and match your business. This guide walks you through the initial setup steps so you can start invoicing with confidence. By the end of this article, you will be ready to create and send your first invoice.
Add Your Payment Information
The first step in setting up invoicing is configuring how you get paid. In your PhotoBiz dashboard, navigate to E-Commerce and hover over Payment to access your payment settings. From here, you will set up your merchant account so clients can pay invoices online. You should also review and configure your sales tax settings and shipping options if you plan to include taxable items or shipped products on invoices. These settings ensure totals calculate correctly when invoices are created and sent.
Helpful Guides:
Add Your Branding
Next, customize the appearance of your invoices by adding your branding. Hover over Settings, click General, and open the Receipt Settings tab. In this section, upload your logo so it appears on invoices and receipts sent to clients. Adding branding helps invoices look professional and consistent with the rest of your PhotoBiz website and communications.
