How to Update Your Billing Information in PhotoBiz

Overview

Your billing information in PhotoBiz is used for membership renewals and account-related payments. Keeping this information up to date helps prevent failed payments and ensures your account records match the credit or debit card used for your PhotoBiz membership.

This guide walks you through how to update your billing details inside your PhotoBiz account. By the end, your billing information will be saved and ready to use for future membership payments.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your My Account dashboard, hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS and click BILLING INFO from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

Update your billing information as needed.

The information entered here should match the billing details associated with the credit or debit card used for your PhotoBiz membership. If the billing information does not match your card, your membership renewal payment may fail on your next billing date.

You can update the following fields:

  • Company
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone
  • Address
  • City
  • ZIP Code
  • Country
  • State/Province
  • Website
  • Industry

FINAL STEP

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES.

Your updated billing information will now be saved in your PhotoBiz account and used for future membership payments.

Additional Notes

Billing Information vs. Payment Method

Your billing information is the name, address, and contact details associated with your account billing records.

Updating your billing information does not replace or update the credit or debit card used for your PhotoBiz membership. If you need to change the card on file, update your payment method separately in your account billing settings.

Billing Information vs. Public Branding

The information entered in your Billing Info section is used for account and payment purposes.

If you want to control what visitors see on your website, forms, invoices, or Client Galleries, update your public-facing business details in your Branding settings. Updating your billing information does not automatically change your public branding.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why did my payment fail after updating my billing information?

A payment may fail if the billing information entered in PhotoBiz does not match the information associated with your credit or debit card. Review the name, address, ZIP code, country, and state or province to make sure they match your card billing details.

Does updating billing information change the card on file?

No. Updating your billing information does not change your saved credit or debit card. You will need to update your payment method separately if you want to use a different card.
