If you no longer need a file in your Documents Library, you can delete the file and free up file space on your account. This guide will walk you through how to remove files you no longer need in the Documents area of your FILES section.
STEP ONE
Log into Your PhotoBiz account and click on FILES in the side menu.

STEP TWO
Click on Documents at the Top of the Files area
Access the Documents section to see your list of files that are uploaded to your PhotoBiz account.
STEP THREE
Select The Files You Want To Delete
You can use the check box located to the left of each of your files that you want to delete from your account.
1. Click the checkbox next to the file name. The file will be highlighted in teal. Then click the delete button.
OR
2. Click and drag the file to the delete button. The delete button will turn red.
FINAL STEP
Confirmation Message
Whichever way you choose, you will get a confirmation message to confirm you want to delete the file.
Note: Once you delete a file, it is gone for good. You will need to re-upload the file if you want to use it again in the future.
