All PhotoBiz accounts include 10,000 marketing emails each month, making it easy to create and send email campaigns to your contacts and lists. With the Marketing tool, setting up a new campaign is simple—just a few clicks and tweaks, and you'll be ready to send. Our guide will walk you through the steps of creating a new email marketing campaign, highlighting the benefits of using a single-column design. This design ensures a consistent and readable experience across all devices, especially on mobile, helping to focus your recipients' attention on the key message and call-to-action for better engagement and click-through rates.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MARKETING in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the NEW button.
Pro Tip: You can create and separate your campaigns into categories to keep things organized in your Email Marketing.
STEP THREE
Choose the campaign you want to start with. You can select the BLANK SAMPLE option if you want to build a new campaign from scratch or select one of our pre-built campaign templates if you want to customize an existing campaign to match your brand and message.
There are 4 different categories of pre-built campaign designs you can choose from. (Promotions, Sessions, Reminders, or Greetings).
Click on the design you want to use and then click on the SELECT button.
STEP FOUR
Customize your campaign layout to include your BRAND & MESSAGING.
The different items you can add to your builder are:
- TITLE: Adds Title bar in a larger text with an accent color background
- EDITOR: Add a Text Editor box to your builder where you can add and format text
- IMAGE: Allows you to add an image to your campaign. Recommended size is 3000x1730 pixels. Minimum size is 800 pixels wide.
- SOCIAL: Adds social media icons that you can set up to link to your social media accounts.
- LOGO: Allows you to upload your logo to the campaign
- DIVIDER: Adds padding between two other items on your campaign.
- BUTTON: Creates a clickable button. You enter the text you want on the button and add the link by clicking on the pencil and paper icon and selecting advanced
In addition to adding these items to your campaign, you can also control the design of the campaign as well, down to the style of the buttons, social media icons, and border as well as the colors.
