PhotoBiz makes it easy to reuse existing Scheduler services when you offer similar sessions or appointment types. Instead of creating a new service from scratch, you can copy an existing Scheduler service and update only the details that need to change. This saves time and helps keep your scheduling options consistent. This guide walks you through how to copy a Scheduler service in just a few simple steps.

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
At the top center of your Scheduler control panel, click SERVICES.
Locate the Scheduler service you want to copy. On the right side of that service, click the gray Copy icon.
A right-side panel will open. Under SERVICE NAME, enter the new name for the Scheduler service you are creating. Click CREATE COPY to finish duplicating the service.
Your new Scheduler service will appear directly below the original service. Click the service name to open it and update any details, availability, or settings as needed.
