How To Customize The Websites Background Image

The PhotoBiz Website Package allows you to add a background image to your website, helping you create a unique and personalized look. You can upload a custom background or select an image from our stock library. This guide walks you through the steps to set up your background image.

Important Note:

This guide covers your website’s global background setting. You can also set background images for individual blocks to further customize your site’s look and feel.

STEP ONE

  • Log into your PhotoBiz account.
  • Click on WEBSITE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on DESIGN at the top, center of your Website control panel.

STEP THREE

Click on the EDIT DESIGN SETTINGS button to access your website global design settings.. 

STEP FOUR

Click on the SITE BACKGROUND button and you'll be able to choose between 3 options for your background image:

  • No Background: Background will be the global color selected in the color picker.
  • Custom Background: Upload a custom jpg or png image to display as the background.
  • Background Library: Select from our library of curated background images.

Custom Background

Click on the Add Files button located under the Upload a New Background option and upload your custom background image.

Background Library

The background library is organized in seven different style categories: Geometric, Pattern, Organic, Minimal, Transparent, Lifestyle, Dark. Click on the drop down menu to access the different styles and click on the design to select a background image.

Background Settings

You can apply your background to tile, sit in the top left, center on the site, or cover the entire site.

Save changes to update your website background. 

STEP FIVE

If you want to control how much of your background is visible:

  1. Click STYLING in the same menu where you set your background.
  2. Locate the Background Opacity setting and adjust the percentage.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
