How to Add Text to a Custom Form in PhotoBiz
Want to include extra information like terms of use, instructions, or clickable links in your custom form? You can easily do that using a Text Editor block in your Form Builder. This guide walks you through how to add and customize a text section on any form.
STEP ONE
Log into Your PhotoBiz Account
Click on FORMS from the left-side menu to open your Forms Control Panel.
STEP TWO
Open or Create a Form
- Search for or scroll to the form you want to edit
OR - Click NEW FORM to create one from scratch.
STEP THREE
Add a Text Editor Block
You can add a Text Editor block two ways:

Click Method: Click the Text Editor icon on the right-hand side. The block will automatically be added to the bottom of your form.

Drag & Drop Method:

Hover over the Text Editor icon, then click and hold.

Drag it to the spot you want on the form.

When you see a teal line, release your mouse to drop it in place.

You can move it later by dragging it up or down.

STEP FOUR
Add Your Text
Click where it says “Click To Add Text” inside the Text Editor block.
FINAL STEP
Enter Your Content & Save
Type your custom message — you can include:
- Terms or instructions
- Clickable links
- Bold, bulleted, or formatted text
When you're done, click Save Changes.
