Downloads can be used for different workflows depending on how you want clients to receive their images.

Free downloads are helpful when you want clients to access included files at no extra charge or they have pre-paid for their files. Paid downloads are useful when you want to sell digital files, packages, or full-gallery downloads through your Client Galleries store.

You can also review client download activity to see which images were downloaded from an event.
