Thinking About Canceling Your PhotoBiz Account?

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking about canceling your PhotoBiz account. Before you submit a cancellation request, our Passionate Support team would be happy to help you explore other options that may better fit your needs.

You may not need to cancel. Depending on your situation, we may be able to help you pause your account, downgrade to a smaller plan, remove an add-on, or schedule a one-on-one consultation to help you get more value from your PhotoBiz account.

This guide explains how to submit a cancellation request from your PhotoBiz control panel and what happens after your request is submitted.

Before You Cancel

Before submitting your cancellation request, we recommend saving any account information or content you may need later. This may include website content, images, forms, contacts, client gallery details, invoices, orders, or other business records stored in your account.

If you have a domain, mailbox, or other add-on through PhotoBiz, our team may contact you before removing those services. This helps prevent accidental loss of email access, domain access, or other services you may want to keep.

Refund Policy

PhotoBiz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Website Package memberships, starting from the date your account was created.

Cancellations made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period are not eligible for refunds on unused membership time. PhotoBiz does not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.

This opens your account settings, where you can manage billing, users, account details, and cancellation options.

STEP TWO

Click CANCEL ACCOUNT at the top center of your My Account control panel.

This opens the cancellation request form. If you are unsure whether cancellation is the best option, you can contact the PhotoBiz Support Team before submitting your request.

FINAL STEP

Select your reason for cancellation and submit your cancellation request.

Submitting the cancellation form starts the cancellation review process. Your account is not considered canceled until the request has been reviewed and processed by the PhotoBiz team.

What Happens Next?

Our team will review your cancellation request and begin processing it within 3 business days.

You may be contacted by phone or email before your account is fully canceled, especially if you have add-ons such as domains or mailboxes. This helps make sure you do not lose access to services you still want to keep.

You will maintain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle. After your billing cycle ends, your website will go offline.

No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Good to Know:

You can reactivate your account within 180 days by logging in and updating your payment info, in case you change your mind!
