How to Purchase Additional Storage in Your PhotoBiz Account
Most PhotoBiz Website Packages include 5,000 files for $29/month or $300/year. If you need more space to store your images, videos, or documents, you can easily purchase additional storage blocks directly from your account.
You can also stack multiple storage blocks together to increase your available file space as your business grows.

If you have an older PhotoBiz account or are currently using a legacy membership plan (such as $29/Copper), please contact our Support Team by phone or live chat to discuss upgrading your plan to the $29 Website Package that includes 5,000 files.Good to Know
- Prorated Billing: The cost of additional storage is automatically prorated based on your current billing cycle.
- No Long-Term Commitment: You can remove storage add-ons at any time if you no longer need them. (Please note: refunds are not issued for unused membership time.)
- Free Up Space Anytime: You can also delete unused files, images, or documents from your account instead of purchasing more storage.
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click PREMIUM UPGRADES from the menu on the left side of your screen.
STEP TWO
Click the ADDITIONAL STORAGE option in your Premium Upgrades control panel.
FINAL STEP
Select the checkbox next to the additional storage block you’d like to purchase, then scroll down to the checkout field to complete your purchase.
You can add as much additional file storage as you need at any time, and your new file limit will be applied immediately after your payment is processed.
