How to Check Your Available File Space and File Usage in PhotoBiz

Overview

Your PhotoBiz account includes file storage for images, documents, videos, music, and other uploaded files. You can review a quick file usage summary from your account home page or open the detailed SPACE report from the Files section.

This guide explains how to check your total file allowance, current file usage, remaining available space, and where files are stored throughout your PhotoBiz account.

What You Can Review

The usage tools in your PhotoBiz account allow you to review:

  • Your total file allowance
  • The number of files currently stored
  • The number of files you can still upload
  • The areas of your account where files are being used
  • Monthly form submissions
  • Monthly marketing emails
  • PhotoBiz AI requests

Check Your File Usage from the Home Page

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account.

Your account home page provides an overview of your recent activity, account tools, and current usage.

STEP TWO

Scroll down the home page until you locate the USAGE section.

The USAGE section displays a quick overview of your monthly form submissions, monthly marketing emails, files, and PhotoBiz AI requests.

Click LEARN MORE to open the detailed SPACE report.

The SPACE report shows your file usage across the different areas of your PhotoBiz account.

Check Your Detailed File Usage from the Files Section

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click FILES in the left-side menu.

This opens the Files section, where you can upload, organize, and manage files stored in your account.

STEP TWO

Click SPACE at the top of the Files control panel.

This opens the same detailed SPACE report available through the USAGE section on your account home page.

FINAL STEP

Review the information in the SPACE report.

You can see your total file allowance, the number of files currently stored, the number of files remaining, and a breakdown of where your files are being used.

What to Do If You Are Running Low on File Space

You can delete files you no longer need or purchase additional file storage for your account.

Before deleting a file, confirm that it is not being used on your website, in a Client Galleries event, in an email campaign, or in another area of your account. Removing a file may also remove it from any feature where it is currently displayed or available for download.

To increase the number of files your account can store, click MORE STORAGE at the top of your PhotoBiz control panel. You can also open PREMIUM UPGRADES and select ADDITIONAL STORAGE.

Additional Storage and Original Files

Additional Storage and Original Files provide different account upgrades.

  • Additional Storage increases the total number of files you can store in your PhotoBiz account.
  • Original Files increases the maximum size of an individual uploaded file.

The PhotoBiz Website Package allows you to upload files as large as 4 MB. The Original Files upgrade allows you to upload files as large as 50 MB.

Adding Original Files does not increase the total number of files your account can store. You may need both upgrades if you want to upload larger files and increase your total file allowance.
