PhotoBiz integrates with several trusted payment providers so you can accept payments across your website, Client Galleries, Scheduler, Forms, and Invoicing. This article explains which payment providers are supported, how primary gateways work, what additional payment options are available, and what to know about transaction fees, PCI compliance, and offline payments. By the end of this guide, you will understand your available payment options and how payments are processed in your PhotoBiz account.
PhotoBiz currently supports only the payment providers listed below for online transactions. Custom or unsupported payment gateways cannot be connected to PhotoBiz.
Supported online payment providers include:
You can sign up for and connect to Stripe and Square directly from your PhotoBiz ECommerce control panel. Other providers require an existing merchant account with that provider.
PhotoBiz does not charge any transaction fees or commissions on payments processed through your account.
Each payment provider sets and charges its own transaction and processing fees. To review your fees, log in to your merchant account and check the billing or reports section provided by your payment processor.
You can offer multiple payment methods in PhotoBiz, but only one primary credit/debit card gateway can be active at a time.
The following providers can be used as your primary credit and debit card gateway:
Stripe
Square
Authorize.net
iTransact
PayJunction
Payflow Pro
This primary gateway will be used for all standard card transactions across your PhotoBiz tools.
In addition to your primary credit/debit card gateway, you can also offer these payment methods:
PayPal
Offline payments
Offline payment options may include:
In-studio payments
Cash
Check
Zelle
Venmo
Offline Payment Status
When a customer checks out using an offline payment option, their order is marked as Pending Payment. You must manually update the order status to Paid once you receive the payment.
PhotoBiz provides a PCI Compliance Certificate for your account.
This certificate can be used if a client, bank, or financial institution requests proof of PCI compliance.
Go to your Merchant Settings
Click the PCI Certificate link
You can download and share this certificate as needed.
