PhotoBiz ECommerce integrates with Payflow Pro as a merchant for you to accept credit/debit card payments for your Client Galleries, Scheduler, Invoicing, Forms, and Store. This guide will walk you through the steps of setting up your Payflow Pro account as one of your payment methods in your eCommerce control panel.
Refunds: If you need to process a refund for an order placed through your Payflow Pro account, you'll want to log into your Payflow Pro account to refund your customer.

STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and access the ECommerce section of your control panel.
STEP TWO
Mouse over to payment and click merchants.
STEP THREE
Click on the new merchant button.
Stripe is the default merchant type, but you can change to Payflow Pro by clicking the drop down and choosing Payflow Pro.
Choose Payflow Pro and complete the required fields to add your Payflow Pro account information.
- Payment Name - Best practice is to put Credit/Debit Card
- Merchant Partner - Choose from PayPal, Verisign, Elavon
- Merchant Login
- Password
Payflow Pro is a payment gateway that works with the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Singapore
If you do not have a Payflow Pro account, please contact your existing merchant provider or local bank to setup an account with PayFlow Pro.
- Accepted Credit Cards - Choose which card types you wish to accept (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Diners Club)
- Special Instructions - Add special instructions advising your customers of any details you want to provide them at checkout.
- Thank You Message - Use this section to put in a Thank You message to your customer that will display once they've completed their payment. This will also appear on the receipt for your customer's order.
Click The ADD MERCHANT button to make Payflow Pro active as your merchant.
