Overview
You can subscribe to your PhotoBiz Scheduler calendar in Microsoft Outlook so your scheduled appointments appear alongside your other calendar events.
This is a one-way calendar connection. Appointments and changes made in PhotoBiz Scheduler can appear in Outlook, but changes you make in Outlook do not update the appointment in PhotoBiz.
This guide explains how to copy your PhotoBiz Scheduler calendar feed, subscribe to it in Outlook, and manage the calendar connection.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
This opens the Scheduler Dashboard, where you can manage your services, appointments, availability, and Scheduler settings.
Click CALENDAR FEED at the top of the Scheduler Dashboard.
This opens the Calendar Feed area for your PhotoBiz Scheduler.
Highlight and copy the Calendar Feed URL shown on the page.
You will paste this URL into Outlook in the following steps. Make sure you copy the complete URL.
On a computer, open Outlook in your web browser and sign in to the Microsoft account where you want your PhotoBiz Scheduler appointments to appear.
Click the Calendar icon in the navigation menu, then click Add calendar.
Click Subscribe from web.
Paste the Calendar Feed URL you copied from PhotoBiz into the calendar URL field.
Use Subscribe from web for this connection. Your PhotoBiz Calendar Feed is an ongoing calendar subscription and should not be added using the Upload from file option.
Follow the available options to name or customize your subscribed calendar, then click Import.
If you are using a Microsoft work or school account and Outlook displays Import and Save, click Import and Save instead.
Your PhotoBiz Scheduler calendar should now appear in Outlook. Scheduler appointments will begin appearing as Microsoft refreshes the subscribed calendar feed.
Always reschedule, cancel, or manage appointments directly inside your PhotoBiz Scheduler.
The Outlook calendar connection is one-way. Editing, moving, or deleting an appointment in Outlook does not make the same change to the appointment in PhotoBiz.
If you need to change an existing booking, use the appointment management tools in your Scheduler Dashboard.

Connecting your PhotoBiz Scheduler to Outlook does not create a two-way availability connection.
Events you add directly to Outlook do not tell PhotoBiz Scheduler that you are unavailable. If you need to prevent clients from booking certain dates or times, manage that availability through your PhotoBiz Scheduler settings.
For example, adding a personal appointment, meeting, or vacation to Outlook does not automatically block that time from being booked through your Scheduler.

Outlook controls how often subscribed calendars refresh.
Because Microsoft controls the refresh timing, a new appointment, cancellation, or recent change made in PhotoBiz Scheduler may not appear in Outlook immediately.
Always use your PhotoBiz Scheduler as the most current source for appointment information.
Because the PhotoBiz calendar feed is subscribed to through your Microsoft account, you can view the subscribed calendar anywhere Outlook makes that calendar available for your account.
This can make it easier to view your PhotoBiz Scheduler appointments from Outlook on your computer and other compatible devices without relying only on your PhotoBiz Dashboard.
The availability and appearance of subscribed calendars may vary depending on the Outlook app, device, and Microsoft account you use.
My PhotoBiz Appointments Are Not Appearing
First, confirm that the appointment appears correctly in your PhotoBiz Scheduler.
Then confirm that your subscribed PhotoBiz Scheduler calendar is still listed in Outlook.
Outlook controls when subscribed calendars refresh, so newly booked appointments and recent changes may take time to appear.
My Calendar Is Not Updating Automatically
Outlook refreshes subscribed calendars according to Microsoft's refresh schedule. PhotoBiz does not control how often Outlook checks the calendar feed.
If your appointments appear correctly in PhotoBiz Scheduler but have not updated in Outlook, allow additional time for Outlook to refresh the subscription.
I Changed an Appointment in Outlook, but PhotoBiz Did Not Update
This is expected.
The calendar feed is a one-way connection from PhotoBiz Scheduler to Outlook. Changes made directly in Outlook do not update the appointment in PhotoBiz.
Make appointment changes directly inside your PhotoBiz Scheduler instead.
Will Outlook Events Block My Scheduler Availability?
No.
Events created directly in Outlook do not change your PhotoBiz Scheduler availability. If you need to block a date or time from being booked, manage your availability or time off directly inside PhotoBiz Scheduler.
Why Is an Appointment Showing at the Wrong Time?
If an appointment appears at an unexpected time in Outlook, check the time zone settings for your PhotoBiz account and Microsoft account.
A difference between the time zones used by PhotoBiz and Outlook can affect how appointment times are displayed.
My PhotoBiz Calendar Is No Longer Listed
If your subscribed PhotoBiz calendar has been removed from Outlook, return to your PhotoBiz Scheduler and copy the CALENDAR FEED link again.
You can then repeat the steps in this guide to subscribe to the calendar again.
If you no longer want your PhotoBiz Scheduler appointments to appear in Outlook, remove or unsubscribe from the subscribed PhotoBiz Scheduler calendar through your Outlook Calendar settings.
Removing the subscription from Outlook does not cancel, delete, or change any appointments in your PhotoBiz Scheduler.
