How to Sync Your PhotoBiz Scheduler with Microsoft Outlook Calendar
The PhotoBiz Scheduler makes it easy for your clients to book sessions online — and you can sync those scheduled appointments directly into your Microsoft Outlook Calendar! This guide will walk you through the simple steps to set it up.
Important to Know:
- This is a one-way sync. Updates made in PhotoBiz Scheduler will show in Outlook, but changes made in Outlook will NOT sync back to PhotoBiz.
- Your calendar feed will show appointments scheduled up to one year in advance.

STEP ONE
Log into Your PhotoBiz Account
- After logging in, click SCHEDULER from the menu on the left side.
STEP TWO
Get Your Calendar Feed Link
- In the Scheduler control panel, click CALENDAR FEED at the top.
- Highlight and copy your Calendar Feed link — you’ll paste this into Outlook in the next steps.
STEP THREE
Open Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Go to Outlook.com and sign in to your account.
- Click on the Calendar icon from the left-hand menu.
STEP FOUR
Add Your Calendar Feed
- In your calendar view, click Add Calendar (usually found near the left or top toolbar).
- Choose the option to Subscribe from Web or From Internet (depending on your Outlook version).
STEP FIVE
Paste Your Calendar Link

Paste the Calendar Feed link you copied from PhotoBiz.

You’ll be able to customize a few settings like:

Calendar Name

Icon

STEP SIX
Save and Import
- Click Import (or Save) to finish.
Now your PhotoBiz Scheduler appointments will automatically show up in your Outlook Calendar!
A Few More Tips:

Sync Timing: Outlook controls when it updates the feed. While it usually checks regularly, it might not update instantly.

Managing Appointments:

Always make changes (rescheduling, canceling) inside your PhotoBiz Scheduler.

Changes made directly in Outlook will not update in PhotoBiz.
