Video tutorial on how to add site links to you PhotoBiz website.
Site Links are customizable navigation tools that help visitors quickly access important information on your website. Many photographers use Site Links for items like phone numbers, email links, contact forms, or directions to their studio.
These links typically appear in your website header or footer depending on your website template. You can create new Site Links, edit existing ones, or remove links you no longer need directly from the Website Builder.
This guide walks you through how to add or update Site Links on your PhotoBiz website.
Template Tip: The position and appearance of Site Links may vary depending on the template used on your website.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-hand menu.
This opens your Website Builder and displays the list of pages on your site.
In the Website Builder, locate SITE LINKS / ICONS in the left panel. This section appears below your list of pages and above your footer settings.
Click SITE LINKS / ICONS to open the Site Links management panel on the right side of the screen.
In the right-side panel, locate the Site Links section. This is where you manage all quick-access links used on your website.
Click NEW SITELINK to add a new link. If you want to edit an existing link, click the name of the link you want to update. To remove a link, select it and click DELETE.
Choose how your link should appear and what action it should perform.
First, select the style of the link. This determines how the link will display on your website.
Link Style Options
Site Links can display in several visual styles depending on your website design.
• Button — Displays as a stylized clickable button
• Text Only — Displays as a clickable word or phrase
• Icon Only — Displays only a visual icon
• Text and Icon — Displays both text and an icon together
Next, choose the Link To that controls what happens when a visitor clicks the link. Once you complete the settings, the link will be ready to create.
Link To Options
Each Site Link performs a specific action when clicked. The available link types include:
• None — No action. Useful for visual elements only
• External Link — Links to another website
• Page — Opens a page on your PhotoBiz website or links to a specific block on a page
• Form — Connects to a custom form created in your account
• Marketing — Links to a marketing campaign or landing page
• File — Opens a PDF, image, or other file stored in your account
• Phone — Creates a click-to-call phone link
• Email — Opens the visitor’s email client to send you a message
• Address — Opens your location in Google Maps
• Video — Displays a YouTube or Vimeo video in a pop-up window
Click CREATE LINK to add the new Site Link to your website.
After the link is created, it will automatically appear on your website according to your template’s layout. If you update an existing link, the changes will apply immediately after saving.
