How to Showcase Testimonials with Images

You can beautifully display client testimonials on your PhotoBiz website by combining text and images in an Image Block. This feature allows you to highlight your clients’ words alongside their photos or your work, perfect for building credibility and adding visual appeal to your site.

These layouts are ideal for testimonials because they let visitors see both the image and text together, creating a strong emotional connection and helping potential clients visualize your experience and professionalism.

Follow the steps below to set up and customize testimonials with images.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account, click WEBSITE in the left-side menu, and go to the page where you want to showcase your testimonials with images.

STEP TWO

Add an Image Block to the page.

STEP THREE

Choose Your Initial Layout

The easiest way to create a professional testimonial section is to start with one of our pre-designed layouts. These are already formatted for testimonials and include text and image placements that look great on any device.

Recommended pre-designed layouts for testimonials include:

Images 15
Images 16
Images 17
Images 18

If you prefer to build your testimonial section from scratch, you can select the Blank layout instead.

STEP FOUR

Add the image you want to use for your testimonial.
You can upload a new image or select an existing one from your clipboard.

STEP FIVE

Add your testimonial details to the image.
Once the image has been added, click the thumbnail of the image where you’d like to display your testimonial.

STEP SIX

In the right-side panel, add your testimonial information to the Title and Description fields.
Click Save Changes to add your testimonial text to the image.

You can repeat these steps with multiple images to create a slideshow of testimonials.

Tip: The text you enter into the Title field will appear above the text you enter into the Description field, as shown in the example below.

STEP SEVEN (optional)

Change Your Layout

If you’d like to try a different testimonial style, click the Layout tab in the right-side menu and choose from:

Card Portrait
Card Circle
Card Portrait Overlay Right
Card Landscape Overlay Left
Card Portrait Split

Click Save to apply your selected layout to your Image Block.

STEP EIGHT (Optional)

Customize the Layout Styling
Click the Styling tab to fine-tune your layout. You can adjust the following options:

Overlay Opacity
Autoplay
Slideshow Speed
Title Alignment
Description Alignment
Image Border Thickness
Space Below Blocks
Space Inside Blocks

STEP NINE (Optional)

Customize the Colors
Click the Colors tab to personalize the colors used in your testimonial Image Block. You can adjust:

Title Color
Text Color
Background Color
Overlay Color
Border Color
Arrow Color

Click Save Changes to apply your new color settings.

STEP TEN (Optional)

Customize the Background
Click the Background tab to upload your own custom background image or select one from the PhotoBiz background library to enhance your testimonial block’s visual design.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your background selection.

STEP ELEVEN (Optional)

Customize the Fonts
Click the Fonts tab to adjust the typography used in your testimonials. You can modify:

Font
Font Size
Letter Spacing
Line Height

Click on the section you’d like to edit, make your changes, and then click Save Changes to apply them.
