Overview
You can adjust the slideshow speed for a Banner Block in your PhotoBiz Website Builder. This controls how many seconds each banner image displays before transitioning to the next image.
This is helpful if you want your banner images to move faster, slow down for easier viewing, or better match the pacing of your website design. This guide walks you through how to find the Slideshow Speed setting and save your update.
Before you begin, make sure your Banner Block is using a slideshow-style layout with multiple images. The slideshow speed setting only applies when the banner is set up to rotate through images.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
This opens your Website Builder, where you can manage your website pages and blocks.
Select the page that contains the Banner Block you want to update.
This opens the page editor so you can view and manage the blocks on that page.
Click the Banner Block with the slideshow you want to update.
You can also click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the block and select Advanced. This opens the Banner Block editing panel on the right side of your screen.
Click STYLING, then locate the Slideshow Speed option.
Use the slider to choose how many seconds each image should display before the slideshow moves to the next image. You can set the speed from 1 to 10 seconds.
If you customize the slideshow speed, you will see an X Customized indicator. You can click the X to reset the slideshow speed back to the template default.
Click Save Changes to apply the new slideshow speed to your Banner Block.
Your updated banner slideshow speed will apply to your website automatically. There is no separate publish button.
The slideshow speed setting controls the timing between image transitions. A lower number makes the slideshow move faster, while a higher number keeps each image on screen longer.
For best results, choose a speed that gives visitors enough time to view each image without making the page feel too slow.
If you do not see the Slideshow Speed option, confirm that your Banner Block layout supports a slideshow and that the block includes more than one image.
