Global Mobile View settings are best when you want a consistent mobile layout across your website.
Individual block mobile settings are best when one section needs a different mobile layout than the rest of your site. These settings override the global mobile settings for that specific block.
Mobile display options may vary by block type. Some blocks may include more mobile styling controls than others.
If your main issue is that a wide banner image is cropping poorly on phones, upload a separate mobile image for that Banner Block instead of only adjusting the Mobile View layout.
My images still do not look right on mobile after changing the layout
Preview the page on mobile and check whether the image itself is causing the issue. Wide images may crop differently on vertical phone screens. For Banner Blocks, uploading a separate mobile image often gives you better control.
I do not see the same mobile options on every block
Mobile View settings can vary depending on the block type. If a block does not include the option you are looking for, check the global Mobile View settings or consider using a different block layout.
