Overview
PhotoBiz makes it easy to convert an approved quote into an invoice your client can pay online. This allows you to move seamlessly from quoting a job to collecting payment without recreating any details. In this guide, you will learn how to locate an approved quote, update its status, and generate an invoice. By the end, your client will receive a professional invoice ready for payment.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on QUOTES & INVOICES in the left-side menu.
Click on QUOTES at the top of the page if you are not already there. Locate the quote your client has approved, then click on the Quote Number to open it.
In the top-right corner of the quote page, click the STATUS button. Update the quote status to reflect that it has been approved if it has not already been updated.
After updating the status, review your invoice settings before creating the invoice. You can adjust the payment due date, choose whether to allow partial payments, and decide if you want the system to email the invoice to your client automatically. Once everything looks correct, click CREATE INVOICE.
After the invoice is created, it will be available in your Invoices section, and your client will receive it if you selected the email option.
You can edit the invoice after it is created if you need to make changes before payment is completed
