How to Submit a Feature Request
STEP ONE
Open the Feature Request Form
Go to clients.photobiz.com to access the form.
STEP TWO
Fill Out the Form
Please include the following information so we can fully understand your request:

Your Name, Email, Phone, and Account ID

Photography Type (like Wedding, Portrait, etc.)

Product Area (such as Website Builder, Client Galleries, Forms, etc.)

Feature Objective & Category
-
Detailed Description
Tell us what the feature should do and how it would improve your workflow. The more details you can share, the better.
STEP THREE
Submit Your Request
Once everything is filled out, click Submit to send your idea directly to our team.

We carefully review every request, but submitting a feature idea does not guarantee development. Requests are evaluated based on how they fit within our platform and their overall impact for users.
