The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder allows you to create custom forms, contracts, and more. The form builder gives you the ability to allow your client to select from choices you create. You can also use this to create conditional form fields which when selected would give your client another field to select. For example, if a client chooses a date as one of your choices, you can require that a form field appears that will also ask them to select a time slot. This guide will walk you through adding conditional fields to your PhotoBiz forms.
Important Note: Conditional Fields require using either the Drop Down Menu, Radio Select, or Checkbox fields in your form.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Form Name you want to add conditional fields to or add a new form.
STEP THREE
Click on the pencil icon on your drop down menu, radio select, or checkbox field and click on advanced.
STEP FOUR
Click on the Form Field Choice Title you want to add conditional fields to.
STEP FIVE
Click on the drop down menu for CONDITIONAL FIELDS to select which fields you'd like to appear once a client makes this selection on your form and click the ADD FIELD button.
Repeat that step for each field you'd like to appear when that field is selected.
FINAL STEP
Once you've selected your fields that you want to appear when someone makes that selection, click on the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom to apply the conditional fields to your form.
