The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder lets you create forms to capture information from your leads and clients. You can also allow clients to upload files directly through your forms.
When to Use the File Upload Option
Here are some common use cases:
- Customer Questionnaires: Collect headshots or other photos from clients.
- Custom Product Orders: Receive images for personalized gifts.
- Job Applications: Enable candidates to upload PDF resumes.
Accepted File Types
Clients can upload the following file types through your forms:
- Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, ICO, SVG
- Documents: PDF, PSD, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX
- Others: ZIP, TTF, OTF, WOFF2, MP3, JS, CSS
This guide will walk you through the steps of adding a file upload option to your forms.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the form you want to add an upload option to or create a new form.
STEP THREE
Click on the MISCELLANEOUS section and then click on FILE UPLOAD to add an upload button.
You can add up to 5 upload buttons to a single form.
What Happens with Uploaded Files?
When clients submit files through your forms:
- The files are automatically stored with the contact in your PhotoBiz account.
- You’ll also receive the files via the notification email sent when the form is submitted.
