The PhotoBiz Form & Contract builder is a great tool for building a contract to provide to your customers. The most important part of a contract is capturing your customer's signature. See the steps below to learn how to add a place for your customer to enter their electronic signature.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Form or Contract you want to add a electronic signature block to.
PRO TIP!
You can use the Model Release and Event Contract form templates and they'll have the signature block setup for you automatically.
STEP THREE
In the right column of available blocks to add to your form, you can click on the MISCELLANEOUS section and choose the Signature Block by clicking on it. When you click on the signature block, it will place that field in the form editor. The form will auto-save this new field.
You can find 2 sample forms at the buttons below to see how the signature block appears on the PhotoBiz forms. Client will type their name into the box and it will be entered in what will look like a signature.
