Overview
PhotoBiz automatically sends a receipt to your customer when an order or payment is completed through your ECommerce tools. You can add your logo and business contact information to these receipts from the BRANDING section of your account.
Your branding may also appear across other PhotoBiz tools, emails, and client communications. This guide explains how to update the two Branding settings that directly control the logo and business information shown on your receipts.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click BRANDING in the left-side menu.
The Business Branding page includes settings for your logo, favicon, Accent Color, Business Profile, and Business Information. To customize your receipts, you will use the Logo Upload and Business Information sections.
Locate the Logo Upload section and upload your business logo.
Your logo must be a PNG or JPG file. PhotoBiz automatically resizes the image so it displays consistently across supported areas of your website, account, emails, and client communications.
For the best results, crop unnecessary white or transparent space from around your logo before uploading it. Extra space around the image can cause the logo itself to appear smaller on your receipts.
After uploading your logo, review the preview to make sure it appears clear and properly sized.
Scroll down to the Business Information section.
Enter the contact details you want to appear in the footer of your orders, invoices, forms, receipts, and client communications. Complete the Business Name, Address, Phone, and Website fields.
Use current information that customers can rely on if they need to contact your business about an order or payment.
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Your logo and Business Information will now appear on future supported receipts and client communications. When a customer completes an order or payment, the receipt email will include your branding along with the applicable transaction details.
Previously sent receipts will not be automatically updated.
Your PhotoBiz receipts can include the following branding details:
The exact receipt content may vary depending on the type of order, invoice, form payment, product, or service involved.
The Business Branding page contains additional settings that serve different purposes.
Your favicon is the small icon that appears in browser tabs and bookmarks for your website. The favicon must be uploaded as an ICO file.
This setting does not control the logo shown on your receipts.
Your Accent Color controls the background color of buttons on applicable system pages and emails.
Button text is white, so select a darker Accent Color to maintain clear contrast and readability.
Your Business Profile helps PhotoBiz AI create personalized content for your website, blog, SEO settings, and other supported areas of the system.
The Business Profile includes:
The Business Profile helps PhotoBiz AI understand your business. It does not replace the Business Information that appears in the footer of orders, invoices, forms, receipts, and client communications.
