Your Client's Shopping Experience
STEP ONE
Your client will access the event that contains their images.
Our recommendation for best practice is to use the email collection option on the cover page of the event so that your client can immediately start to add to their order and also trigger email automation to help keep them engaged and get them through the ordering process.
STEP TWO
To start the ordering process, the customer will be able to purchase images by hovering over their desired image with their mouse and clicking the shopping cart icon.
Important Note: If you are not using email collection on the cover page, your client will be prompted to enter their email address after clicking on the shopping cart icon to create their cart and begin the check out process.
STEP THREE
Add images to your order for the order process.
Once your client has entered their email address, they'll see the available prints, digital images, packages, and products you've made available in the selected price list for their event.
Your clients can purchase their chosen image with these items by clicking on the corresponding + icon.
After your client selects their image, it will be added to the order based on what they have selected in their event. Once they've added an image, they have the ability to continue to add more images to their order or begin the check out process.
STEP FOUR
Before your clients begin the check out process, they can view their cart to make sure they have everything they need.
Clients can choose make adjustments to their order, continue shopping, use any active coupons you're offering, or begin the check out process at this screen.
STEP FIVE
The check out process is made very simple for your clients. The 1st section will collect their billing information and give them the option to add a separate shipping address if it is different from their billing address.
STEP SIX
This screen will allow your clients to choose whichever shipping methods you've made available for them. The available shipping options shown depend on your Price List selections.
FINAL STEP
The final step in the checkout process is the Payment tab. Your clients will be able to review their cart and shipping totals, redeem a gift card, respond to a custom checkout option, and select their payment method. Once these selections are made, they can click submit order to complete their transaction.
Order Confirmation
If a user pays using PayPal, they will be redirected to PayPal to complete their payment. Otherwise, they will see an order confirmation window which includes the options to view receipt or continue shopping.
