PhotoBiz Client Galleries makes it easy for you to showcase your client's images in a private, password protected gallery. You can also give your customers the ability to share their event with family and friends using the share button in the event after they have logged in. This guide will show you how sharing works in Client Gallery events.
STEP ONE
The customer logs into the Client Gallery event that has been created for them. This can be through a Client Gallery block, through sharing the event with them via email, or by logging into the event through the public proofing page at yourdomain.com/proofing.
STEP TWO
Click on the MENU BUTTON at the top right of the client gallery event.
STEP THREE
In the right side menu that opens, click on the SHARE option in the menu.
If you don't have Email Collection enabled, your clients will be prompted to enter their email address at this step.
STEP FOUR
Your clients will have the ability to share a link to their event out via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or via Email. Sharing via social media will require that the person sharing the link logs into their account with that network to publish or share the link back to your event.
Important Note: If the event is password protected, the link provided through the share tool will include the secure password key to allow people to access the event.
