If you would like to copy your contacts from your Outlook program into your PhotoBiz Contacts Tool, there's an easy way to do it so you don't have to create each contact manually.

To export your contacts from Outlook 2013 or 2016, follow the steps below:

• Open your Outlook program and click on File
• Click on Open & Export, then click on Import/Export.
• Choose Export to a file and click on Next >
• Choose Comma Separated Values
• In the Select folder to export from box, scroll to the top if needed and select the Contacts folder that's under your account. Choose Next.
• Click on Browse, then name your file and click on Ok
• Confirm where your new contacts file will be saved on your computer, and choose Next.
• Choose Finish to start exporting your contacts immediately. A window called Import and Export Progress will appear. When the import and export process is complete, the window will disappear.

After you've exported your contacts list, the next step is to import your contacts into your PhotoBiz account.
